The working sequence is feeding→waiting→shot blasting (rotation)→waiting→unloading→waiting→feeding in order to work in cycles.
The accumulation type is to park an unloaded trolley at a fixed point in the workpiece loading area to wait for loading, and the stopper automatically releases when the loading work is completed. The trolley runs to the shot blasting room. At this time, the trolley is in a waiting state. At the same time, the workpieces lifted by a group of trolleys in the shot blasting room are being shot blasted and strengthened. When the shot blasting indoor trolley leaves the shot blasting room after the shot blasting work is completed, the waiting area stopper automatically releases, and the trolley enters the shot blasting stage; at the same time, the next trolley is waiting; when the workpiece cleaning (strengthening) of the trolley is completed, it will automatically run to Waiting area, waiting for unloading.
